Wallbank fencing Ltd has a fully qualified workforce.

Management have both Gold and Black CSCS together with SMSTS, IOSH and NEBOSH - two of the most highly recognised qualifications within the construction and other industries.

All staff undergo internal and external training in such things as manual handling, asbestos awareness, first aid and cable detection- including cat E C.A.T 4+ detectors.

Staff also are also qualified-holding job specific CSCS cards, NVQ, SSSTS, and SMSTS qualifications. Many staff have been with the company for in excess of 20 years.

 

Each work activity is assessed on a site-specific basis and a detailed risk assessment and method statement produced.

 

This is updated and amended as necessary as the work activity progresses and changes.
